Gabe Grimm, and myself (Caleb Renner) met at a church group in the summer of 2022. We instantly grew to become close friends due to similar personality traits and sharing aspirations of becoming entrepreneurs. Both Gabe and I have a fascination with writing and editing articles. Gabe’s interests lie in sports and mine lies in politics and agriculture. With our combined talents, we hope to deliver compelling journalism and interesting outlooks on today's latest stories. But what makes us different from ESPN or CNN? All of the news you will intake on this outlet will be based on the perspective of real Iowans in the real world, not journalists with agendas. Your average Iowan citizen wants a first hand perspective. That is the purpose of the Iowan Perspective.
